Supplier Quality Manager (SQM), responsibilities include: - SQI activity and performance for their assigned state or country
- The SQM will manage
between 1-10 Supplier Quality Consultants (SQC's)
- Drive and monitor specific sales
activity such as on-line marketing, customer contact, and customer care.
- Direct, implement
and verify compliance of the following training "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) customer training,
customer process alignment and other required training activities in coordination with regional directors and
corporate.
- Submit daily activity data into various on-line systems.
- Work closely and communicate daily with Regional Director and corporate as required.
Supplier Quality Consultant (SQC), responsibilities include: - SQI activity and performance for their assigned Area.
- Carry out specific sales activity
such as customer contact, customer training, process alignment.
- Overall customer
care in accordance with the SQI standard operating procedure manual (SOP) and as directed by the applicable Supplier Quality
Manager (SQM), Regional Director, or corporate.
- Submit daily activity data into various
online systems.
- Work closely and communicate daily with SQM.
